Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 888gj (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://888gj.cam and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. 888gj reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 888gj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Services from a Restricted Territory.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with your Account or wagering activity.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, and you are not subject to a court order or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 888gj or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform partners, unless the Operator provides prior written consent.

Section 04

Account Registration & Security

Each User may maintain one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses, winnings, or credits accumulated across duplicate accounts are void and subject to forfeiture.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Information required at registration includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Country and city of residence;
• A valid, personal email address;
• Contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 888gj support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. 888gj will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The Operator reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point where the Operator has reasonable grounds to verify a User's identity. Required documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits fund your Account Balance for use on the Platform. 888gj accepts deposits through payment methods available in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary by account jurisdiction and may change without prior notice. Users should verify current available methods directly within their Account cashier.

References to payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — appear on this Platform as contextual references only. None of these providers endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with 888gj or its gambling services. Users are responsible for reviewing each payment provider's own terms of service and for verifying that their intended use complies with those terms.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Identity match: The name registered on your 888gj Account must match the name on the payment method used. Mismatched transactions may be declined or reversed.
• Verification prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved by the Operator's compliance team.
• Bonus conditions: If your Account holds active bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of those funds can be processed. Withdrawal of real-money funds unrelated to a bonus may be possible subject to account review.
• Processing times: The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Actual processing duration depends on the selected method, compliance review, and third-party payment provider schedules.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

888gj may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any inconsistency between those specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per household / device / IP address unless the promotion explicitly states that multiple claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are distinct from real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in the promotion terms — live casino and table games commonly carry reduced contribution rates.
• 888gj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already accepted by a User and in active use.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structuring deposits to exploit offers, coordinated account use, or manipulation of qualifying conditions — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 07

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 888gj are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, game type, and event, as published on the Platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing a wager.

The following general provisions apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is accepted only when the Platform has issued a confirmed bet receipt and the stake has been deducted from the User's Account Balance. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Odds and pricing: 888gj reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where a bet has been placed at a clearly erroneous price, the Operator reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet at the correct market price.
• Event cancellations: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or ruled void in accordance with applicable sports rules, the Operator's settlement policy governs how stakes and returns are handled — this is documented in the relevant sport-specific betting rules.
• System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or odds, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bets. The Operator's determination on such matters is final.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum per-bet and per-day payout caps may apply. These are displayed in the applicable game or market information.
• Live betting: Live in-play bets on cricket, football, UFC, and other markets are subject to additional conditions relating to connectivity interruptions and delays. The Operator is not responsible for bets placed based on information that was accurate at request time but became inaccurate before confirmation owing to connection latency.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct in connection with their use of the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at registration or during KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using the Services while located in a Restricted Territory;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds of unlawful origin;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, geo-blocking, or access controls;
• Using another User's Account or payment credentials without authorisation;
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 888gj support staff or other Users.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the 888gj Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888gj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Users access and use the Services at their own risk.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 888gj is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding terms between you and the Operator.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its provisions, including but not limited to account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service personalisation.

Section 12

Responsible Gambling

888gj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their activity. Detailed information on available tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion — is set out in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Access to the Services is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The Operator employs age-verification processes and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Users who know or have reason to believe that they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account dashboard or to contact support for assistance.

Section 13

Account Termination & Suspension

888gj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Operator is required to do so under applicable law or the requirements of its licensing authority;
• The User's account activity is flagged by the Operator's fraud detection or responsible-gambling systems as warranting review;
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• The Operator ceases to offer Services in the User's jurisdiction.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, withdrawable real-money balances (i.e., funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the payment method on record, subject to KYC clearance.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, which may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Operator's current regulatory status.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact 888gj customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under the Operator's licensing framework. Users retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable local law; these Terms do not purport to limit any such statutory rights to the extent that local law prevents such limitation.

These Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding the legality of gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. 888gj is not a legal authority on the applicability of gambling laws in Pakistan. Players must independently determine whether participation in online gaming services is lawful in their location.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

888gj reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or the User's registered email address prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be indicated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure as provided in Section 13.
